Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Scintillating Works.
All sales made through Scintillating Works are final. Because many products sold through this website are digital downloads, including music files, MP3 files, ZIP files, and other downloadable content, refunds are not offered once an order has been completed and download access has been provided.
Digital Products
Digital products are non refundable.
This includes:
Music downloads
Individual MP3 files
Project ZIP files
Digital bundles
Downloadable creative products
Any other downloadable file purchased through the website
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been delivered, the sale is final.
Physical Products
Physical products, including hardcover books or future merchandise, are final sale unless otherwise required by law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Scintillating Works within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the issue is verified, Scintillating Works may offer a replacement, correction, or other appropriate resolution.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact Scintillating Works as soon as possible. Duplicate order requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Technical Issues
If you purchase a digital product and cannot access the download because of a verified technical issue caused by Scintillating Works, please contact us. Scintillating Works will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend the download link, or provide another working delivery method.
Technical support does not guarantee a refund. The first priority will be to make sure the purchased file is delivered properly.
Customer Responsibility
Before completing a purchase, please review the product title, description, price, format, and content rating carefully.
For music products, explicit content ratings will be shown where marked by the platform.
By completing a purchase, you agree that you understand the product type and that all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
